Orders and Production
How long does it take to receive custom orders?
Custom pieces typically take about 8 weeks to deliver. For our catalog items, delivery times are usually between 1-2 weeks, as noted on product pages or in our
shipping policy.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Unfortunately, for bespoke items, changes or cancellations aren’t possible after the order is confirmed and production has started. For items from our regular collection, you can cancel or return them within 14 days. See our Refund Policy for details.
Is a deposit required for custom orders?
Yes, we start production on bespoke pieces with a 10% deposit.
Shipping and Delivery
What shipping methods do you use?
We work with UPS, USPS, and FedEx for deliveries, and our primary logistics partners are NavlunGo and ParkPalet. We ship via air, sea, and road to North America, Europe, and Scandinavia.
Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely! We offer free shipping to North America, Europe, and Scandinavia. For other regions, shipping fees may apply.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If you notice any damage, please take photos of the unopened package and ask the delivery agent to document it. You can refuse delivery if needed. Inspecting the product while the agent is present is highly recommended. Without photo documentation, we can’t be held responsible for damages. However, if you can't provide this and wish for a replacement, you can receive a new product by paying only the shipping fee. Customers with proper documentation receive a replacement at no cost.

Custom-made items ordered through our "Bespoke Design" section cannot be returned, as they are crafted specifically to your unique needs.

How do I care for my wooden furniture?
A simple wipe with a damp cloth works best. For maintenance, we recommend using teak oil.
